It is not a classic coaching program and does not follow a fixed method.

Yes, very much so.
You can come with a clear request or just the wish for a good conversation.
How short notice can I get for an appointment?
That depends on current availability.
Since only a limited number of walks are possible per month, it is worth inquiring early.
